SRG did a wonderful job securing our apartment complex’s.Our area is much safer and quiet,then it was a couple months ago. These guys are the best at there job and are constantly securing our complex’s,we see there patrol cars patrolling all day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Do not hesitate.Ask for Art Chavez.he is honestly the best.
Art is a great guy. Always ready to help and answer questions. The patrol officers do a good job and my residents feel better knowing they are here. Thank you all for your support.
Beware!! I've personally witnessed good tenants totalling over 12 apartment leases completely lost due to this company, the managers and residents routinely call Special Response Group and they simply Do Not Show up to the properties. Don't waste your hard earned budget money on these no-shows.
READ THIS before signing any contract with Special Response Group. SRG is one of , if not the biggest rip off artist in the security industry today in the state of Texas. The business model of the owner Arturo Chavez is quantity over quality. By that I mean this is what they do, they load up each patrolman with 40 to 50 properties per night and then promise the clients of those properties that the patrolman will be by 2 to 3 times to make rounds on there properties per night. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I used them for a special event and they ruined what was supposed to be a very special evening for my friends and family. The two uniformed security guards who stood at the door to the event asked all my Hispanic friends and family to produce thier "green card" or documents proving that they were American citizens.
