Sarah was very helpful in getting the properties listed and gave excellent advise on some things to do to help with the properties. She suggested asking a little higher price than I was thinking, but she knew what the market was and had a showing the first day and they offered the listing price. I was so surprised, but very thankful to Sarah. The 2nd property had a showing within a couple days and they also offered the asking price. We had Sarah list and sell our home at a time when there was many similar homes for sale, and a buyers market, (2015) after a couple of months she had an open house and sold the home. Then four years later (2019) we listed a lot (with a free standing storage garage on it) through her and it was sold within a month or two. She is very attentive to detail, responsive and thoroughly enjoyable to work with. P.
