Jerod and his team were very easy to work with. The quality of the finished product is better than it was prior to the water damage. I would suggest Special Op Construction to anyone. Even better they are a USAA affiliate so the hassle with the insurance company is virtually nonexistent. Thanks for the professionalism it made our bad situation a lot better.
Don’t sign their contract! Special Ops tried to get us to sign a contract guaranteeing them the job before they would even come look at the damage. Very shady. Never do this! Very bad business practice. None of the other contractors required this and we were easily able to find someone else. Special Ops just wanted guaranteed money without providing an estimate, start date, or timeline. I spoke to my insurance about this requirement and they said, “Don’t sign anything prior to getting a quote!” Ridiculous.
Wonderful to work with they walked me through how everything was going to go. Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Very pleased with how the entire project came out.
Special Ops Construction came to our home when we suffered from a pipe leaking causing extensive water damage.
