We have used them a couple of times and they are wonderful! They can order any dress you want and alterations are done on site. Alterations are also included in price which is extremely rare. The staff is outstanding, helping with selections and providing advice.
THEY ONLY DO ALTERATIONS ON WEEKDAYS, WHICH FOR OUT OF TOWN GUEST IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T LET THEM HOOK YOU WITH FREE ALTERATIONS, BEACUSE THE DAYS AND TIMES TO DO IT ARE NOT VERY ACOMIDATING TO BOTH IN TOWN AND OUT OF TOWN GUESTS.
