The staff was not very respectful of potential clients. Apparently Debbie forgot to hang up the phone before making crass disrespectful statements about my son in law as we were trying together information about tables and chair rental. Then when called back by his wife and she told Debbie what had happened and that she would like to talk with manager she hung up on her. This resulted in a call back to Jenny the manager. If I could give this less than 1 star I would, called to find out about rentals and spoke with a woman named Debbie, she didn’t quite hang up the phone and proceeded to make fun of how my husband speaks, and used a number of derogatory curse words regarding the rental questions. When I called back because this was so unprofessional she hung up on me. I called back again and spoke with the general manager Jenny. We worked with Special Occassions to plan for and pull off a brunch for 40 people for our son and new DIL’s wedding brunch. The staff was so great to work with and was patient through many changes with our order. They also gave great advice. The final set up looked fabulous! We loved everything they provided from the salmon-colored napkins to the smoky water goblets to the Reidel champagne flutes. Easy and organized delivery and pick up too! Thank you!
