Unprofessional, unsafe, and completely backward customer service. When I walked in, the entire salon was completely empty, yet I was left waiting around for 5 to 10 minutes while the technician was in the back doing something else. That should have been my first warning sign. During the gel pedicure, she completely flooded the polish into my cuticles and the skin on the sides of my toes.
