Staff is extremely rude. Spoke and emailed with Leora who stated she had received the referral and had a speech therapist in our area. I was told the speech therapist would reach out In 5-7 days to schedule. I called back a week later to follow up on treatment and the staff that answered the phone was very rude and told me that my son had been placed on the waiting list. I then asked to speak with Leora who had told me otherwise. She refused to put Leora on the phone. I emailed Leora as well with no response and was confused... read more
