I visited this hair salon three times before, and I was very impressed with their service and skills. They gave me very stylish haircuts, and all of my friends loved the hair they permed for me. I even recommended this shop to many of my friends. However, yesterday ( 12/06/2025) I had the worst experience with my haircut and perm. Christine was great, she made sure to get all my split ends and styled my hair the way I wanted. I live in NY but definitely will come here again if I'm in the area.

My first time posting a negative review in google in my life. Extremely rude staff. Made an appointment 1:30pm today. The guy(asiaan guy with glasses) at the front didn't even seem to care when I entered. I told him I made an appointmentment at 1:30pm and he told me to wait a little more and I asked how long do I need to wait. Then he told me I will need to wait 40 minutes. 1.
