My first time posting a negative review in google in my life. Extremely rude staff. Made an appointment 1:30pm today. The guy(asiaan guy with glasses) at the front didn't even seem to care when I entered. I told him I made an appointmentment at 1:30pm and he told me to wait a little more and I asked how long do I need to wait. Then he told me I will need to wait 40 minutes. 1. Came in on a wednesday last minute and they squeeze in a balayage appointment for me! Emma and Christine were so friendly and sweet, they are truly an unbeatable duo 💕 they recommend great products for my dry hair and they work fast and efficiently but super thorough! I can tell they care greatly about their clients and the results while maintaining the health of the hair! It was my first time but I will definitely be back! I've been going here for years but I have to say quality is going down. The front desk lady was mediocre. I'm sorry to say but the hair washing was half assed, I don't even know if she used conditioner. The hairstylist cut WAAY too much of my hair. My long luscious hair turned into a short weird mullet. i went in for a couple inches off and bangs. Such a disappointment. I will most likely never go here again.
