Very efficient and timely, explained what he did to my air conditioner and that it is working very well now .,taking time to explain in detail means a lot to a senior. SGS has been servicing my parents home for a few years and have done a great job and now that I have my own home I know who to call. Nick, Kyle and the team are great people. I had to deal with quite a few contractors and tradesmen to get my home ready for my family and unfortunately many of them don't have the professionalism and respect for my home like SGS does. Best service I’ve ever seen! So polite, professional, and fast. They just rescued my parents who had a furnace problem. My dad insisted we call them as he had them install his furnace in 2017. If I had experienced their service earlier I would have never bought anything from any other company (unfortunately got a new AC and furnace at my own house this summer). A Brampton based Canadian company that’s been in business for over 50 years 🇨🇦
So pleased with their work. Gas Services got our gas fireplace up and running again for the holidays. They were recommended by a friend after we were told it likely could not be repaired. Highly recommend.
We have been dealing with SGS for over 30 years. Every experience has been exceptional, from our call for service to completion of service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Clayton and Kyle, both of these technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. It is obvious that client centricity is valued by SGS. Shout out to Matthew, a trainee we met today, it was obvious he will fit right in.
