DO NOT LET ANETTE TOUCH YOUR LOCS! She kept insisting that my hair must have extensions because it was so nice. She didn’t know how to use a shampoo brush. I had to scrub my own head at the shampoo bowl. She re-twisted my locs in the wrong direction. I went home and was going to fix it but there was so much product in the front of my hair that it was dull & hard. So, I wet it to remove some product and it started to lather.
