I got ripped off twice how could i get my money back?. I order soda 2 ltrs which were $3 dollars a piece and i noticed they took more out of my card when i checked my bank statement and the order I put in isn't that fraud?

I have ordered from Special Delivery / gogetmyfood.com many times and find them to be nothing more than professional and convenient. I would highly recommend them!
I have tried to use this serv 2x and had issues both times. 1x I ord from the menu and one item wasn't even on the restraunts menu anymore so they delivered something I didn't even ord...with out notifing me 1st. Today I ord from a restraunt and I received a call from the "weekend manager" stating that the restraunt had closed..this was not notated on the menu or website any where.
