The two gentlemen (father and son) who brought my grandmother, who is battling Stage 4 cancer, home were beyond courteous and respectful. They went out of their way not only to make her smile but also to ensure her comfort by taking her all the way to her bed so that she would not experience any unnecessary pain. Unfortunately, I had to use this service a number of times in the past three years. Always going to or coming from a medical procedure. Bummer. However, one important part of each procedure was the transportation. That was not a bummer. Special Care was always on time and with the model of vehicle I requested. As to their drivers- excellent! I've been using Special Care Transportation for several weeks now and found them to be most reliable, most punctual, and extremely professional overall. The drivers are friendly, ALWAYS on time, and drive with great care and consideration for their own passengers as well as other road users. Every vehicle that transported me was spotless.
