I'd actually give Zero stars if I could... We have 6 kiddos, 5 with special needs. For 1 kiddo to get treatment we have to have the second parent to get off work and babysitters to watch the other kiddos because the appointments for other kiddos don't stop. They cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment. After 3+ people rearrange their lives for this.
