Our cabinets were delivered broken - and the company took zero responsibility for the fact that the delivery team clearly dropped multiple cabinets off the truck. This set our kitchen Reno back by 4 weeks. Worse than the timing setback was the reaction from the folks at Special Additions - which was essentially ‘tough break’.
