I delivered shingles here in the afternoon. No, there is NOT overnight parking, but they are extremely efficient at unloading, it took maybe 20 minutes. If you are delivering here, use the EAST entrance, it should be the only one open but the exit gate is sometimes open as well and you will screw something up if you try to go in it.
My roofer Robbie, ordered everything I needed for my roof from Spec. Everything was delivered on time and as ordered. Highly recommend.
