Purely an experience with the receptionist - I called to enquire whether they can help claim ADF (Australian Defence Force) health cards and receptionist said no, we don’t do private health. I explained ADF cards are not private health and then she went ‘are you not able to pay?’. That is entirely against the point of the ADF card. She called back and reiterated I can’t get reimbursed for a GP appointment. Receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand GP’s run late. After asking how long I may be waiting, she proceeded to lecture me about how she waits about an hour for her GP and that I should “quit complaining”. I asked her what her name was and she hurried out of the clinic without looking at me.
was disappointed by the way your front desk handled my call. I asked a question, and even though it’s okay not to know everything, the staff hung up before I could finish explaining. This was really unprofessional.
The receptionist treated me very poorly—rude, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion for someone who is feeling well. It made an already difficult situation even worse. I cannot recommend this place based on the receptionist’s behaviour. She speaks so loud and rude that feels humiliating, especially in front of so many people. Being spoken to that way while feeling unwell is extremely upsetting.
Why do we come in on time for appointment times? when i get told the Doctor is running late by ‘ 20 minutes ‘ when i went in 1 hour after my appointment time. I ran late by 3 minutes and they said i nearly got my appointment cancelled and had to pay a fee… they dont call to let you know the doctor is running late why should i them know?
