Dr Tan is the best doctor in town, I really appreciate his great service everytime we visit at Spearwood medical centre , son was very sick last week and had to see him. Few days later he give us a call and checked on how was my son doing also give some advice with the medications. Thank you Dr Tan

This isn't against the medical centre itself but against Dr. Navid. I personally like him and I hate to do this however if nothing is said nothing will get done. I caught a parasite early January that was causing chronic constipation. I was treated with antibiotics a few months later but the constipation issue was still there. I was trying to test for everything from maybe the parasite was still there to dysbiosis from the antibiotics. It got to the point I could barely go to the toilet. Purely an experience with the receptionist - I called to enquire whether they can help claim ADF (Australian Defence Force) health cards and receptionist said no, we don’t do private health. I explained ADF cards are not private health and then she went ‘are you not able to pay?’. That is entirely against the point of the ADF card. She called back and reiterated I can’t get reimbursed for a GP appointment. Receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand GP’s run late. After asking how long I may be waiting, she proceeded to lecture me about how she waits about an hour for her GP and that I should “quit complaining”. I asked her what her name was and she hurried out of the clinic without looking at me.

was disappointed by the way your front desk handled my call. I asked a question, and even though it’s okay not to know everything, the staff hung up before I could finish explaining. This was really unprofessional.
