Debbie Rusk of Spears Travel said she knew all about cruising. She booked us 3 rooms with balconies for a family Christmas cruise. Come to find out our balcony did not have any kind of a top on it. Totally exposed from the top. We didn’t find out about this until it was too late to do anything about it. When I told Debbie about it at first she didn’t believe me. I called Spears Travel Agency on 2/21 @ approximately 1:20 PM CST. A woman answered the phone promptly. However, the conversation was less than helpful. I explained I was looking to go on a cruise in December 2023 with flexible dates. I also had mentioned I would really like the cruise to include St. Lucia and St. Thomas.
