Our business has a Scotsman commercial ice maker that had quit working, that is under warranty and a repairman was sent out. He stated that he was about to go into overtime and was rushing to get out. He put some freon in it and left. He didn’t stay to see if it fixed the problem or not. This was on Monday 6/9.
