Beautiful furniture- but you better dress to the nines if you want to be helped by the employees at Spears in Lubbock! Don't show up in jeans and a t-shirt. The judgmental employees will not speak to you if you are dressed casually. When you call in, they will say you didn't speak to them either. This is the only furniture store I have ever seen with such awful customer service. However, if you return dressed nicely- they will help you as much as they can!
