Very responsive and even gave me a heads up vehicle had been sold
I and my fiancé called multiple time for a specific vehicle and even provided the trade information and they never responded to me I had to keep calling and then the last time I called they had sold it. Not great business. Crappy customer service and communication. Definitely don’t recommend.
Good response straight up and down I respect these guys and I can’t say that for any other dealer but 1 so peace and blessings to you guys over there even though I offered 13k for a car they had for 13,700 and we couldn’t come to an agreement they are straight up. It’s sad because that car is still there and by the time they do sell they probably will sell for even less than the 13k cash I offered . Not easy to work with. Took a long time to initially respond and then never responded to the questions I had after the initial e-mail.
Posting a one star review because that’s the lowest possible rating I can give. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership 6 months ago and it has already needed a new fuel pump, battery, computer board, head gasket, rotors, fuel level sensor…and to top it all off…a brand new engine. I was also surprised to see that the coolant hose was “repaired” by pouring a cheap liquid sealant down into the tank instead of replacing it like an honest mechanic would. I bought a Camaro from Jim and Debbie and it had a couple problems and they were on it had to change The spark plugs and two catalytic converter‘s I know that wasn’t cheap they are very trustworthy people and do excellent service to the community. Thank you Jim and Debbie I love my car
Unfortunately the jeep had a hold on it but he got back right away and let me know. It expires tomorrow and if it falls off I’m going to see him
I called about a vehicle that I was considering my first call I was told the vehicle was being repaired and would not be available untill after Thanksgiving holiday when I called back after the holiday I was told it was not for sale
