THE BEST SERVICE IN THE AREA HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOARDING IS THE BEST
We boarded our little puppy Hattie there and they did such a nice job. She seemed happy and not stressed when we picked her up and we just adored the little report card that was given to us. Thank you!
WE ATTENDED OUR GRANDSONS GRADUATION LAST WEEKEND IN CARBONDALE AND BROUGHT OUR LITTLE RESCUE PUP, HEIDI, WITH US. DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE HER BY HERSELF DURING GRADUATION SO WE NEEDED A PLACE TO BOARD HER. OUR GRANDSONS,GIRLFRIEND, ASHLEY WORKS AT SPEARS AND SUGGESTED WE BOARD HER THERE FOR THE DAY. WE DIDN'T REALLY KNOW HOW SHE WOULD COOPERATE BUT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR HER AND US. SHE WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND WE ENJOYED READING THE REPORT SENT HOME WITH HER. It was the first time we ever were away from our dog (on a trip) and the staff at Spears made us feel so at ease by showing us the whole facility, where our dog would be staying, and what her daily routine would be. They also included us in her daily care plan. We will definitely use Spears every time we need a comforting, caring, and safe place for our dog. We plan to have her stay when we go on summer vacation.
I wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else. The entire staff at Spears Animal Hospital has always been super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. All three of my cats go to Spears, and I will continue to take all my pets to Spears for the foreseeable future.
