Excellent equipment. Excellent customer service. Have been doing business with them since the Boston location. I have know Ralph since Goodwin's Audio in Cambridge days. As for "Avoid Spearit Sound" Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt

I've put a system together one piece at a time (upgrading from "vintage" gear). And each time, I was treated with respect by sales people who obviously know how to match the right gear to the customer. I still stop in from time to time to chat about the hobby and get advice about gear I didn't even buy there. because these guys love audio and love talking audio with other hobbyists. ive been to spearit sound in northampton a couple times.every time i go there im the only person in the store.and ive spent atleast 3 or more hrs in the store each time.no i know why im the only person ever in the store.they are not willing to help me out in any! by far the worsr store..natural sound in framingham is the way to go..the salesman at spearit sound are clueless about audio.very unprofessional people there.id suggest other people to stay way from this store..there boston store closed down and it will only be a ma... read more
