I'm very disappointed with this company, I called several days ago to have my roof inspected and get a quote, I was told they'd have someone here on a specific day. I waited around all day expecting a call from their inspector to let me know they were on their way, but it never happened. I even called the office later in the afternoon to make sure someone was still going to make it and I was told they were, the receptionist said she'd call her guy and make sure it would happen.
