Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer questions about my order without multiple emails, many went unanswered. Was told the item would ship on the 14th, shipped on the 24th instead. I actually think that they forgot the order and only sent it once I had hassled them enough. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were unable to tell me anything useful, and offered nothing other than a half-hearted "sorry" in response. Its Tues. I ordered 2 trigger guards Fri. for some gun builds Im doing in Key West. Hell! I coulda rode my bike to Cubaleah in this time and now their phone sales rep says "We'll take our sweet ass time shipping".Im glad I used Pay Pal. They dont work saturdays or ship mondays. Is what the idiot told me yesterday. So its tuesday night and still hasnt shipped. BAD BUSINESS DONT BUY.
