Submitted and paid for an order 4 weeks ago, per their own website in-stock items ship next day. I have only received partial order to this day. They don't not reply to messages through their website about orders. They don't call you back when they say they will. They constantly change the story about what is going on, one week 1 part is missing the next week a different part is missing.
I bought 3 clip from them and they send me 3 small one and 2 different kind of clip smh. Will not buy anything from them no more and very bad service.
I called and confirmed that the item I needed was in stock. I ordered the item through the web site as directed. I paid $24 for next day delivery because I needed it for a trip. Two days later (after sending emails and leaving messages) I called to try and find out where the package is. I was told they had not mailed the item yet. Those are the guys !! I had an issue with a mask and the owner was very proactive in solving the problem !! Not only good selection of scuba products, but also service rocks !!! I strong recommend these guys !!!
I’m talking about the website, not the store. It’s the worst experience I ever had in my life in website purchases. They shipped my purchases to the wrong place. Even I calling them and have given the right address they didn’t fix it. I had to take an Uber and spend more US 50 $ to pick up my package, even had paid almost US 20 $ for the ship. The website service is a shame! I do not recommend at all!
