We were new to the area and hired Spearfish Construction to lay our new floor and to install a wood burning fireplace. Floor was installed but flaws are now showing in several places. They attempted to remedy once but to no avail. When it came time to do the fireplace they informed us they weren’t taking on more work. We emailed/texted the owner Matt, but received no response. I had warranty under my home from this company. When I needed assistance the owner Matt completed cut me off. Blocked my number and doesn’t respond to my texts or calls. Don’t recommend giving these people any business.
I cannot attest to the quality of the work because they have not shown up at the job. Paid half in advance. I wish they would at least communicate a schedule. Update: still never showed, never called back, never refunded money.
