I would not suggest working here. Management is not interested in pursuing the best interest of their employees. They are more concerned that one hour of overtime might cost them some money. However, it would Interesting in knowing just how much their CEO and CMO make. I am sure it’s in the seven digits. They have three OR’s most of the time only one runs at a full capacity. Surgeries. They do not have surgeons of their own. They have to outsource. I would not suggest this as a Hospital to do business with.

The care and appointment making are fine… their BILLING is incompetent at best. My wife had surgery and within a week we received a notice of the bill wasn’t paid they were sending to collections!? The bill was paid by card the charge was applied to the card and months later we are STILL getting harassed. This is NOT the first time we have had this issue since 2018. I do believe that the CEO or CFO are NOT aware of their billing departments incompetence. But they just lost our business. Their billing department is too heavy ... read more

I was fortunate enough to have been seen by DrJameson S. Boswell in the Speare ER on Monday. He and the staff, especially Charlie, gave me excellent care. Visits to the ER are never pleasant but Charlie and Dr Boswell made my husband and I feel comfortable during their discovery, lab and image readings, and eventually excellent action plan. I followed their instructions and I am feeling much better. I have great respect for the Speare medical team. Please train your receptionists on how to not be disrespectful. I simply called to ask results on my MRI and she laughed at me. Not sure what’s funny about me being anxious about my results?
