The MRI team. Emily & Chad went above & beyond finding out if I was eligible for this MRI. I thanks them so much! It was a pleasant but noisy experience.
I had a follow up appointment with Anne Thatcher,ARNP ( she is a gem!). She asked me to get Fasting Blood work. I went for the blood work on 8/17. The PSU nursing student was amazing. Found my vein on first attempt. She was pleasant and professional and she will be an excellent RN addition to any medical facility she goes following graduation.
We received fast attention in the ER - zero wait time. My son had appendicitis. We were admitted, he had laparoscopic appendectomy. Everyone was very focused on his care and took time to explain things to us and connect as humans.
I needed a sonogram to check on an aneurysm. Jane was truely professional and put me at ease during the test. Her experience in the field gave a feeling of confidence during the procedure. Another plus for Speare!
