This guy is hands down the most sketchy realtor I have ever dealt with. I have buying and selling homes every couple of years for the last 20yrs, and I have never come across anything like his dealings. Anything from extortion, to forgery, and everything in between. I feel sorry for his clients as well, because I'm sure he has lost more than one house due to his antics. Beware for anyone involved, there is at least one investigation going on with this guy buy the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
In 12 years of being in real estate, sameh Sihoms is the shadiest, sketchiest agent I have ever dealt with. The process for everyone involved was exhausting, tiring, unnecessary stress and full on dishonesty from him and his clients.
These folks made an appointment to see our listing during dinner time. The sellers left the house to allow them access. And they never showed up, didn't call to cancel or apologize either!
