Sung really helped my scapular dyskensis (shoulder wouldn't move right). I made more progress with her than with other PTs in the past because of her high expectations. She's very nice but pushed me and I really benefited. I have almost zero pain now even when I do something that aggravates it (sleep on my side). I'll be back if I ever have another issue!
Massive thanks to the team at Spear, including Karl, Matt and Belle, who were wonderful at helping me with my frozen shoulder. I’m not really a gym-goer, but they worked wit improving my stretching techniques with care and understanding, and tailored a routine for me. The improvement in my shoulder has been monumental, and I highly recommend the team!
