After a sports injury spear helped me regain stability in my everyday life. Their engaging therapy sessions helped me feel like my normal self and their constant support left me feeling seen and understood. A life changing experience to say the least and an incredible group of staff.
Elisha at Spear is honestly the best! He’s always smiling, so kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. He remembers the little details about what you tell him and always checks in to see how you’re doing, which makes you feel like you’re actually being listened to. He goes above and beyond every session and never makes you feel like just another appointment. I had a wonderful experience at Spear in Forest Hills. I had severe shoulder and neck pain and wanted to feel better ahead of a trip. Sung is a lifesaver!! She has magic hands and the stretches and exercises she had me do were perfect to get me back in shape. She knew how to challenge me and push me in just the right way to keep me motivated and bring me to a speedy recovery. She is extremely knowledgeable.
