I have attended several funerals there for loved ones over the years. I prefer not to go into detail here as to the reason I don't feel comfortable using their services.
Very unprofessional and uncaring. When I picked up my dad's ashes they FORGOT to give me the memorial cards, guest book and thank you cards. Turns out they never even printed them! Had to wait for them to print them and go back and pick them up just what I wanted to do, right?
