Made appointment to take class, was told would be sent map to class, arrived two hours early at office, no show till ten minutes after nine, employee refused to give map or call owner******************************************.was told by employee "come het map day before class" told employee worked the day before so no way to come het map.Not going to drive 900 mile round trip for a map when it could have been e-mailed or texted to number.

Santillan is a great instructor he is funny and fast and answers all your questions. He knows what he is doing and is great his staff is awesome also. I went for my level 2 and will be going for my level three in about 2 weeks. I recommend this security force to anyone that wants to become a security guard.
