See previous remarks. Great product until customer service (tech) doesn't follow up. I am happy to say that Speakman customer service has resolved the problem with a in warranty replacement. As many have said the Antstream ICON shower head is quality product.
RecommendedMy 52 year old Speakman mixing valve became a bit hard to turn. I just pulled the cartridge, cleaned it and greased it. After reassembly, it works perfectly. More solid movement than anything I've found in stores today. The thing has no rubber washers, it operates entirely on precisely toleranced brass. I'd say I'm going to replace the hardware with new Speakman parts, but at this rate, I will be dead about 200 years before the shower is.

I have personally never owned a Speakman..but would appear in all my travels..I must have been "showered" with at least one or two...;-) with that being said...After suffering severe neck and back injuries (military and flight attendant)..This sure sounds like what the doctor ordered!! Based on looks and other testimonials. .I will give this beauty a 4 star rating..you will have to send me one to use daily for me to be fair and give it the 5th star rating...
