My first time here I had a good experience. The second time was different. I received an estimate with vastly inflated parts prices and inflated labor costs. For example: a power transformer available at retail for $39.95 was listed at $125.00, a filter choke costing $35 was billed at $100, and labor was at 6.5 hours at $125 per hour. I love my Wally speakers and the center that I don't know its name. It looks like a slightly smaller Wally. It matches beautifully, IMHO. Even if it wasn't designed that way. Got my Wally's in 1995 and the Center in 2003ish. Now driven by an Onkyo AVR as my front. My surrounds are a custom set of 4" cubes designed and built in 1983 by Jim Walker a 20th Century Fox sound engineer at the time. My Sub is a Sony 12". Oh well, everything can't be a non-branded custom.
