We came by today and had the Dill With It and an order of chips with some lemonades. It was so good I had to walk back to the truck and tell the guys! The chips are a must. They complimented the Dill With It flavors perfectly Probably the only thing that could have made it better was if we got their tomato 🍅 soup. It was an outstanding sandwich 🥪 !!!!
The best ever cheese sandwich
Absolutely the most creative and best tasting grilled cheese I’ve ever had… had the pleasure of catching them at the soil festival at Maddox Park on 5/4… had the basic, which was wonderful (cannot go wrong with cheddar and bacon) and then the triple X ( the three cheese wonder !). Was super impressed they had a vegan option for the triple X. Really nice people, and comfort food at its best. I will stalk this truck from now on… Thank you speakcheesey!

We make fancy grilled cheese sandwiches when we camp, but not like this. These sandwiches are so well put together and every tasting note and ingredient is well thought out with a high degree of quality. We had three sandwiches: Dill with it, the arsonist and the Al Capesto. Our favorite was the arsonist followed closely by the pesto one. The candied bacon and the seasoning on top puts it over the top. We loved how they cut these onto triangles of four, making them real easy to share.
