My child has been coming here for the past 2 years. Vickie, Trisha and her team always go above and beyond to make sure that my child is having a positive learning experience. My child loves Riley and is excited to see her every week. They are great at working with us in every aspect and are always available.
Speak Out New York has been fantastic for our son. He started with speech therapy a year and a half ago, at just under 4 years old. He made incredibly fast progress in just the first few months, going from not having any soft sounds (he was replacing all of his F, V, S, Z, Sh, Zh, J sounds with hard G and K sounds) and being hard to understand to being completely intelligible. Speak out NY is like NO OTHER. I am beyond blessed to have met them so early on in my children’s life. Both of my children have been working with them for over 10 years. My son had a lisp which Vicki diagnosed very early on and through treatment he no longer has it. My daughter has a genetic stutter, she will always have this stutter but through the teachings and therapy from the Speak out NY therapists my daughter is learning techniques to manage it. They are highly recommended!!!! You would be crazy to go elsewhere!
Speak Out has been a place of growth, support, and fun for my daughter and our family. My daughter began speech in-person in September 2020 as a two year old making only a couple sounds. Trisha made my daughter comfortable during a rocky time for all of us in the depths of the pandemic and has turned her into a confident, chatty five year old.
