My daughter’s been attending this therapy center for about a year and this review has been a long time coming. My daughter’s favorite therapy is with Mr. Dan, She looks forward to therapy and she responds to him in such an amazing way. The office staff is delightful, especially Casey coordinate schedules. She has always been so Patient and helpful coordinating the various schedule changes I throw her Way. I cannot recommend Speak Easy enough!

Amazing staff and therapists!! My daughter had been seeing Mrs Lisa for speech therapy for 8+ years and we just LOVE her!! She is top notch and extremely compassionate - can’t say enough amazing things about her! Thank you Speak Easy for all you’ve done to help our daughter! ❤️

When we call with a question or need to reschedule the office staff is always friendly and helpful even when busy its normally only a short hold before they are back. When you come in your greeted kindly by the front office staff and they normally know your kid just by their face to check in. It makes you feel like your not a number but a person unlike some other medical facilities. The therapist are invested in your kids growth. After 3 months or more on a waiting list, many follow up calls, and multiple mistakes made by the staff who schedules and verifies benefits… my son had an evaluation on 01/09/25. I requested in person, by phone, and via email the report of findings of such. I was told the therapist had up to seven days to complete the medical note. As of today I have not received the medical note, the findings, recommendations. No follow up contact has been provided. Absolute disrespect Service from the patient representative services named Kaitlyn. I called to verify that they received my information and instead of speaking to me like a human being. She decided to put me on hold and without even letting me know. Then she proceeded to tell me she’s very busy at the moment and she’s checking other people. when I asked to speak to someone else, she said she’s the only one available.
