I cannot speak for the therapists, but as for the front desk staff and office manager, they have been extremely unorganized and unhelpful. My child’s doctor’s office faxed all the requested documentation in February 2025. They followed up with another fax in March 2025 to confirm whether my child had received services and to ask if anything additional was needed. They received no response. My daughter’s been attending this therapy center for about a year and this review has been a long time coming. My daughter’s favorite therapy is with Mr. Dan, She looks forward to therapy and she responds to him in such an amazing way. The office staff is delightful, especially Casey coordinate schedules. She has always been so Patient and helpful coordinating the various schedule changes I throw her Way. I cannot recommend Speak Easy enough!
Don't go here. Save your money, time & effort. This business shouldn't be allowed to operate. I brought my toddler here due to him having severe feeding difficulties; he was refusing most solids. Speak Easy's website misleadingly says it has a feeding therapy program, but it is really not feeding therapy at all. Megan is no help with feeding and cares only about profit rather than helping your child progress. Amazing staff and therapists!! My daughter had been seeing Mrs Lisa for speech therapy for 8+ years and we just LOVE her!! She is top notch and extremely compassionate - can’t say enough amazing things about her! Thank you Speak Easy for all you’ve done to help our daughter! ❤️
When we call with a question or need to reschedule the office staff is always friendly and helpful even when busy its normally only a short hold before they are back. When you come in your greeted kindly by the front office staff and they normally know your kid just by their face to check in.
