So happy I found Speak Easy Solutions for my daughter to start speech therapy! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and the facility is clean and comfortable. They truly care about the children and make the experience positive for both kids and parents. Highly recommend!
Our son has been receiving therapy from Speakeasy for 2.5 years + We have had the most amazing therapists for PT, OT and speech. His therapists Deb, Lisa and Sarah put a lot of thought into different activities for him and truly love him. They are more like family at this point and have given me so many ideas and support, have been a shoulder for me to cry on and there to clap for all of his successes. Finding therapy for a 4 month old was hard and we are so grateful for them!
Jenn has been the best to work with our child! She is so patient, encouraging, and empowering towards him. As a parent, I cannot express how much her warmth made a difference in my child’s willingness to continue showing up and working hard.
This review has nothing to do with the therapist that work there but more with the front desk. lets not even mention the shortness and rude attitude they have but when I call to confirm that they have received the referral my pediatrician has send and they said " they never got it" I ask how can i send it to them after SENDING them the referral by email the same day they never return my call of call me to said they have gotten it. We did an evaluation and were told it would take a week for results. I called a week later and no results. It took a couple extra days and me calling to follow up, which is fine but not great. By the time they finished the report they had no availability and don’t know when they will have any openings. Why take my money for an assessment and not have any openings? What bad business practice and a scam. I wasn’t even given any information about the evaluation. Now I have to see if I can find someone to give me the report, so ... read more
