I am writing to share a serious concern about the billing practices I experienced with Ryan Jones, who identified himself as the Practice Manager at Speak Beauty Studios. I was enrolled in a trial offer (noted as a low-cost trial), on PianoKeyz (run by Ryan) but I was subsequently billed a significantly higher amount with little or no clear explanation of what the charge covered, and without an easy path to cancellation or a refund. The billing practices associated with Ryan Jones appear opaque!
I recently worked with Ryan Jones - Practice Manager at Speak Beauty Studios . Unfortunately, my overall experience was negative. There were several gaps in communication and follow-through that affected the outcomes of our small project. Given these issues, I’m considering exploring more intensive Practice Management options elsewhere.
Diana made my experience absolutely amazing. This was my first time getting a lip flip and she made it the easiest process. She was so patient and helpful with questions and really took her time to deliver the best results. I will one hundred percent be coming back to Diana for my next treatment. 10/10 I could not recommend her more!
