If there is any complex part to your animal's case skip SPEAK. They are stuck in specific treatment plans with no care for the best plan for your pet. I contacted them with frustration and I was told that the vet actually suggested treatment that wasn't suggested. Do not subject your pet to this, or frankly yourself. They seem to lack the understanding that your pets are part of your family. To them they are just a paycheck. Receptionist is VERY RUDE and has NO COMPASSION!! I'd advise to go somewhere else where the talk to you with COMPASSION for you and your sick pet!
