I posted this on my Facebook because until this matter is resolved I will continue to recommend to my over 800 Facebook friends not to shop here! Sooo...my dad bought a coffee table at 3pm at SPCA thriftstore Merritt Island (without consulting me and we already have a coffee table) we go in at 5pm and it's too big. It was $35. We asked the sales associate about store credit...big fat no. Asked the store manager. "Too bad your stuck with it". This is a manager!!! The table wasn't even brought home! We called the thrift store shortly after we moved and set up a date for them to come pick up two desks. We set it up for today, at ten am. Finally by eleven thirty I was able to get in touch with them when they actually answered the phone, on our way out of town. The girl who answered first started by trying to tell me I had the wrong date, before realizing she was looking at November. Then when she realized I was correct, she asked her drivers if they had come. They said they came and knocked and rang the door numerous time... read more

I've been going there for years and I'm severely allergic to cats and all the sudden they have cats in there and I did not know at first. until I had a severe allergic reaction and I knew that a cat was somewhere it's the only thing I'm allergic to and guess what. there are cats in a cage up front and I didn't really notice it they've been animal cages for sale in there before. they don't even have a sign on the door letting people know I'm going to be calling so they can pay for the Benadryl I had to buy
