This gym has it all Great equipment especially for powerlifting A fantastic community A DJ deck and you can play whatever music you want over the speakers. And most importantly... a gym cat
Paul is very knowledgeable. The space is quiet which is enjoyable to train without distractions.
Great gym with a great community. Great equipment and amount of equipment. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging, and always willing to help. Very good place to train for all types of lifting and is open 24/7. You can also play your own music and there are two gym cats. Highly recommend coming in for a trial.
A fantastic gym with a close-knit community. It is quiet throughout the day which helps in moments you want to train alone and get the workout done. The gym community tend to pick up later in the evening (5pm to 10pm) if you ever wanted the extra motivation/support to get through the workout.
Extensive range of equipments for powerlifting and general strength training and convenient location with plenty of parking
