Stephen built a house for us and completed it November 2023, 8 weeks later than promised. He made floor plan changes to accommodate our families needs. It was a beautiful new home. Where it goes totally bad is after the sale. No walk thru ever occurred to fix minor issues. Air conditioner unit fell off its base after a storm because it was sitting on a pile of rocks crooked.
