This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. My experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my service, the nail technician continuously talked to others and kept looking around the salon instead of focusing on my pedicure. It felt this was unprofessional and disrespectful. **Warning** LONG but DETAILED breakdown of my terrible experience at Spazio … For this business to price themselves in the luxury category, the quality MUST be aligned with qualities of a luxury business. Just had an amazing spa pedicure with Karina. I feel so spoiled . She did a fantastic job. If you’re looking to spend time on self care, I definitely recommend seeing Karina at Spazio nail salon. It was well worth the money spent for a special treat.
