I wish this place was not so far away from NE Philadelphia. It does an amazing job of spay/ neuter, basic onsite medical exam and treat of our free roaming animals, we catch in the TNR programs. They give more than a thought to placement and recovery for animals as needed.
Staff is really invested in all the animals Dr Alexander even did cpr on a feral cat I brought in and I bring my dogs here for all their primary care
They found my cat that had been missing for 4 years and worked very hard to reunite us! You all went above and beyond. Our family is thrilled to have our baby back. I can't thank you enough!
I came in with the Best Friends voucher with some free-roaming cat and kittens. Dropping them off was hard, but when the vet tech called and talked to me I thought this would be okay. She said to write down all my questions, but when I went to pick them up -the woman in the clinic couldn't be bothered. I am not versed in taking care of sick stray cats and was looking for some advice and pointers.
