Very disappointed. I previously had another dog spayed here and her leg was not shaved at all, so I never imagined I needed to specifically request that my dog's coat be preserved. This time, my dog's leg was shaved excessively, leaving a large bare area that will take months to grow back. As someone with a coated breed, this was extremely upsetting. I got my cat neutered here and honestly it was the best decision I made. They were so kind and caring to my cat Loki and made sure to accommodate any needs I had. Honestly a great price for the stellar service as well. I highly recommend this clinic!
This is the second time I have used their service. Great both times. They check on your fur babies afterwards. Very easy to contact for questions. Easy drop off and pick up. You do not get out of your vehicle. Easy to make an appointment. I’m sure I will use again!! Daniela and all the others are fantastic!! The charges do add up quickly.
Great communication, and friendly staff! Drop off and pick up were easy and they provided us with everything we would need for post operative care.
