I want to say that my experience with my Dog storm was excellent! She was scheduled on Tuesday 7am. I’ve got there before 7am for the check in. Everything started running smoothly at 7. There was a line outside and they’re allowing us to go inside in groups of 4 people. Waiting in line wasn’t a big deal for me, and I’d recommend you take a chair with you if you don’t want to be standing. My dog was admitted and everything was fine. Don't bother if your dog is a XL or XXL. There is never an appointment available. They should have their network erase these sizes if they don't want to see bigger dogs so people don't waste their time.
They killed our baby, we dropped him off to get neutered and they called us saying to pick him up and then proceeded to tell me he code blued. I wanted to be responsible pet owner. I thought I could trust this place but no they handed me my sweet boy in a dirty towel. Never again!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.
if you’re thinking about spaying/neutering your animal, COME HERE! i brought my two year old maltipoo for spay surgery and the experience was so easy. i printed the necessary forms at home so i could come in with them signed already. arrive early if you want to be in front of the line btw! i was second in line so i got checked in fast. the surgery room and holding room for the dogs looked clean and organized as well. my dog had a good recovery as well and was back to her playful self after 3 days 😂 thank you Spay & Neuter n... read more
