I only have good things to say about Spay & Neuter Express! I brought my first ever pet, my cat Umbra, there to be spayed, after adopting her as a stray. Being in a crate stresses her out, so she stress pooped the bed of her crate on the drive to S&NE and got it all over herself. I was freaking out, thinking I would have to take her home and clean her, then get her spayed another time. But the staff at S&NE are used to that sort of thing.
