Staff were extremely organized and professional. Check in and check out both went incredibly smoothly, keeping the stress low for both my cat and me! I loved the very clear instructions provided. My kitty took a bit longer to recover from the anesthesia than I am used to, however she bounced back within just a few hours of being home and has seemed perfectly comfortable. I brought 3 cats in two different occasions and everything went well. The third time I bring two other cats, I waiter over an hour in my car because a lot of people were there (which I completely understand) but after waiting for over an hour a lady that I hadn’t seen before was giving me and my husband attitude, she proceeded to lie about us leaving trash the last time we were there and she had the dignity to tell me I was the one giving her attitude.
