I dropped a kitten and they got him in right away. Looked after all the procedures and everything that needed for TNR. They were easy to talk to and very helpful
The staff was caring and created a warm, inviting atmosphere for me as the owner and our little puppy. They explained the process in detail, gave ample time to ask questions, and emphasized they are avail for questions that we may have later. Quality and great customer service across the board. The cost was significantly lower than other facilities that we contacted which made this experience a win-win.
