sad when they moved to Livingston 😔 but they are so sweet to my little ones.
That night my dog started to bleed from the surgery not alittle bleeding a lot, the staff at the spay Neuter clinic was not bad everyone was very nice it was when they sent me to the hospital beside them is when a nightmare happened. I was told they had to keep my dog there over night and I could pick him up tomorrow until 6pm I went home and got his food he is on a special food and came back. I scheduled an appointment for my two male cats to get declawed. When I arrived for their appointment, after waiting 30 minutes, were informed they did not have enough pain medication to complete either procedure. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule... no thank you...! The vet was extremely rude and condescending and even continued to offer to do the surgery without having sufficient pain medications. Amazing experience every single time!!
I had three cats spay/neutered today and found everyone to be very pleasant and friendly. I had short waiting periods, both drop off and pick up. When I called I was informed of the new address and given an appointment within less than a week, Not put on a wait list!! Most importantly I felt the staff really cared about my cats well being, sending home meds, helping to carry them to car. It was an overall positive experience. Thank you
