Pleased with the care of the staff caring for my cat in the back ….It is my encounter with the staff at the front desk-what a disappointment ! Phoned to set up an appointment for two cats. I was asked to put up a $25.00 fee for each cat , which I did. The morning of my appointment I was only able to catch one cat.
